Michelin X Ice XI2 Tire Reviews

Both my wife and I drive Volvos and I bought 2 sets of Latitude X Ice Xi2s for the cars. I am pretty happy with them. Normally, my wife would be stuck in the snow and stranded until the tow truck got her at least three times each winter. I am happy to report that she didn’t even get stuck once this winter. I doubt it was that her driving skills have improved; I don’t think that will ever happen so it had to be the tires. There isn’t any sliding or slipping with the tires. It’s also a plus that the tires paid for themselves considering I didn’t have any expensive towing costs. I give them thumbs up all the way.

Continental ExtremeWinterContact Tire Reviews

When I purchased the ExtremeWinterContact tires last winter, the price was great and I still intend to get them for my other car because they work really in the snow and ice and it makes it easy to stop without losing control. The sidewalls felt a little soft but the traction threshold is unbeatable. These tires work very well on wet roads and cut corners very smoothly on the winter roads without skidding about and making your car lose control. Going uphill on ice was a new experience for me since the tires gripped the road firmly and the car felt stable and comfortable the entire time.
